Upcoming Exhibits to check out

Exhibition: Daydream Nation: 1st Annual Contemporary Photography Exhibition
June 8, 2010 – August 21, 2010
Opening Reception: Thursday, June 10, 2010, 6:00PM – 9:00PM

The Philadelphia Photo Arts Center is proud to announce the upcoming exhibition and opening reception for Daydream Nation: 1st Annual Contemporary Photography Exhibition. The title refers to photography’s ability to project emotions and dreams of the maker and to interrogate experiences of either fantasy or truth. The photograph is the realization of that daydream. This exhibition brings together a stunning group of unique photographers. The subject matters and genres are all varied, but each image shares a subtle underlying mystique. Exhibiting a strong juxtaposition of black and white and color photographs, this exhibition will be sure to leave an impression in the viewer’s mind.

Zoe Strauss I-95

I was able to grab this one after the show. It still has some of the highway attached to the back.
